FRESHWATERS is a unique organization offering individuals and organizations a "Fresh Start" and new beginnings.  It was founded by Candace Parrott, who studied and trained in the U.K.   Her passion is to bring out the best in people and organizations, affording opportunities that sometimes seem hard to attain.  Her belief is that by connecting individuals and organizations, opportunities are expanded in all directions.  With a strong background in Human Resources, Business Consulting, Life Coaching and Youth Services, she has built an awesome team of leaders.
